About Us

Making "just ask a gyoseishoshi first" the obvious first step

Legal and administrative questions can be confusing, because the right specialist depends on the specifics of your situation — and figuring out who to ask is often the hardest part.

Senoo Gyoseishoshi Office specializes in preparing documents for submission to government offices. We also draw on our Mansion Management Consultant expertise and experience in the international division of a real estate company specializing in rentals and sales for foreign residents to support visa applications, naturalization, and real estate consultation. For finding a rental room or purchasing property, this is handled by the real estate company (a licensed real estate broker) that is our representative's workplace.

English is available directly. Chinese, Vietnamese, Nepali, and Korean are available through an interpreter.

Our foreign resident support operates under the name "Immigration Support Center," focusing on visa applications and naturalization.

If you're unsure whether your question is worth asking, that's fine — we're happy to help you work out where to start.

Our approach

Three things we care about

We avoid unnecessary jargon

Administrative procedures come with a lot of unfamiliar terminology. We explain things in plain language so you understand exactly what's happening.

Advice grounded in real experience

Real estate industry experience means we go beyond paperwork — offering practical advice that accounts for real-world risks.

You won't be left to figure it out alone

If your situation goes beyond what a gyoseishoshi can handle, we'll connect you with the right specialist — a lawyer, judicial scrivener, or tax accountant. Start with us either way.
